West Coast-Style IPA 7.0^%

West Coast-Style IPA brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt for a lean and crisp malt base. Assertively kettle hopped with Chinook, Saaz and Centennial hops before being dry-hopped with Cascade, Comet and more Chinook and Centennial. The result is an assertively bitter and super crisp IPA brimming with notes of Pine, Citrus and Earthy/Woody notes.

This Czech Amber Lager was brewed exclusively with Floor Malted Bohemian Dark Malt, Czech Saaz Hops and Czech Lager yeast. A step mash and extended boil bring out nutty caramel notes and a spicy/floral hop character from these classic ingredients. Cold fermentation and an extended cold maturation ensure a smooth, clean and crisp profile. This is a complex yet nuanced old world Amber lager.

Tracksuit Riot

Czech-Style Dark Lager 4.6^%

Brewed with Floor Malted Bohemian Dark malt, Caramel malts and De-Bittered Black malt for moderate roasty notes of coffee and dark chocolate with ample bready undertones. A generous amount of Czech Saaz were layered into the two hour boil, giving sharp spicy/floral notes that both compliment and amplify the malt characteristics.

13P Pale Lager 5.0^%

13 Plato Czech-style pale lager double decoction brewed with floor malted bohemian pilsner malt and czech saaz hops. Despite the higher original gravity, this beer also has a lower level of attenuation and thus a lower ABV than our 12P Czech-style pale lager, however, it is also hopped more aggressively. The result is a richer, fuller bodied, sweeter and hoppier lager all while maintaining that classic Czech balanace.

Rippin' Heaterz

Smoked Czech-Style Pale Lager 4.4^%

We took our love for Czech Pale Lager and Rauchbier and mashed them together to make this Smoked Czech Pale Lager. Brewed the Czech way with a double decoction mash and an extended boil loaded with saaz hops. A healthy percentage of beechwood smoked malt was added to the mash to create a strong, but not overwhelming smoke character. The result is a complex and beautifully smokey lager with supreme drinkability.
