Tracksuit Riot

13°P Czech-Style Dark Lager 4.6^%

Brewed with Floor Malted Bohemian Dark malt, Caramel malts and De-Bittered Black malt for moderate roasty notes of coffee and dark chocolate with ample bready undertones. A generous amount of Czech Saaz were layered into the two hour boil, giving sharp spicy/floral notes that both compliment and amplify the malt characteristics.

Midnight Traveler

Kulmbacher-Style Schwarzbier 5.8^%

Brewed for our friends at Weary Traveler Freehouse. This dark lager is brewed with Pilsner and De-Bittered Roasted Malts for a jet black appearance and ample roast character without coming off bitter or astringent. Hopped with Czech Kazbek and German Tettnanger hops for a pleasant spicy/herbal note. Kulmbacher-style means it's stronger than the average Schwarzbier at 5.8% ABV.

Classic Belgian-Style Witbier brewed with pilsner malt, flaked oats and large percentage of flaked wheat. Lightly hopped and spiced with coriander, orange peel and chamomile before being fermented with a classic Belgian Wit yeast. The result is a soft, bright and fruity ale with notes of citrus, honey and pepper.

Originally brewed for our 6th Anniversary. This Pale Lager was inspired by another Czech lager we love and admire, Budvar. Decoction mashed with Czech Pilsner malt for a rich yet crisp malty base. Whole leaf Czech Saaz hops provide Floral, Spice, Grassy notes. Cold and slow fermentation/lagering with German lager yeast ensures a smooth, dry and clean finish. This beer is complex yet infinitely drinkable.
