Triple Hazy IPA 11.0^%

Brewed with loads of Pilsner malt, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat and some dextrose to help dry things out. Kettle hopped with ridiculous amounts of Amarillo, Citra and Motueka Cryo hops before being dry hopped with another boat load of Amarillo Cryo, Citra Cryo, Riwaka and Enigma hops as well as a hefty dose of Simcoe hop extract. The result is a big in your face boozy juicy and resinous tropical fruit bomb of a beer. They don't come much hoppier than this.

Our Annual Collaboration with the Pink Boots Society. The base beer is a White IPA brewed with Pilsner Malt and Flaked Wheat and Flaked Oats for a pale base with a soft mouthfeel. Coriander, Orange Peel and Chamomile are used in the boil to capture the Belgian White Ale side of this IPA. Hopped with the Pink Boots hop blend from YCH Hops which changes every year.

Irish-Style Red Ale 4.3^%

Made specially for St. Paddy's Day, this Irish-Style Red Ale is brewed with Golden Promise barley, English crystal rye and roasted malts. Hopped with Savinjski Goldings hops and fermented with Irish ale yeast. The result is a malty red ale with notes of caramel, toffee, toast and a spicy herbal finish.

Oyster Munich-Style Dunkel 5.5^%

Taproom O.G. Cris Bissell's crew brew. Decoction mashed with Munich and Roasted malts for a rich bready base with just a hint of roast. Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops before adding 1.5 lbs of fresh oyster shells to the end of the boil for a subtle briny finish. Fermented cold and slow with our German Lager yeast for a clean fermentation profile. Malty and rich yet refreshing and nuanced!
