Dolcita Hazy IPA 6.3^%

Brewed with a blend of 2-row brewer's malt & Flaked oats for a clean but soft & pillowy malt base. Hopped exclusively with Dolcita hops for notes of Peach, Orange, Vanilla & Tropical Fruits.

Heimweh

Fresh Hopped Red Lager 7.2^%

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Cellar West Artisan Ales in Lafayette, CO. This Red Lager was brewed with a blend of Munich and Pilsner malts and a touch of roasted malt for a rich malty base and deep red hue. Hopped with Czech Saaz and Chinook hops during the boil for a woody, spicy and piney bitterness. Loads of freshly dried whole leaf Cascade (from Four Winds Farms in Fitchbur) and Centennial (from Billy Goat Farms in CO) were loaded into whirlpool for huge resinous pine and citrus notes. Cold and slow fermentation and maturation with German lager yeast bring it all together for this delightfully hoppy Red Lager.

Amber IPA 6.5^%

Amber IPA brewed with 2-Row, Munich and Caramel malts for a more old school malty backbone than our typical IPA's. Hopped with Strata, Sultana and Chinook hops for a blend of pine, resinous tropical fruits and subtle herbs.

Nelson Sauvin Hazy IPA 6.5^%

Brewed exclusively with Nelson Sauvin hops from our friends at Hop Revolution hop farms in New Zealand, this Hazy IPA is bursting with notes of gooseberry, kiwi and pepper corns. A simple grain bill of 2-row barley and flaked oats keeps things clean and soft.

Close Enough to Perfect

Crystal clear, dry, crisp and hoppy as hell. A simple grain bill of Brewer’s and Pilsner malts with a touch of dextrose make for a blank canvas upon which we layered loads of Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and Chinook hops. Pleasantly bitter and exploding with notes of Tropical Fruit, Pine and Citrus.

Scotch Ale brewed with Golden Promise Pale Ale, Double Roasted Crystal & Dark Chocolate malts for ample bready and subtle roasty overtones. Slovenian Goldings hops add a fruity/earthy balancing bitterness. Fermenting with English Ale yeast on medium toast American white oak gives some fruity esters that accent a slight tannic and vinous character with hints of vanilla.

Brewed specially for St. Paddy’s day, this Dry Stout is our take on the classic Stouts of Ireland. Maris Otter Barley, Flaked Wheat and Barley & English Roasted Barley create a dry sharp roasty base. American Brewer’s Gold hops add undertones of black currant and tea. Serving on Nitro helps soften the sharper roast and hop notes. At 4.5% ABV this is a certified crusher. Happy St. Paddy’s Day!
