Special Czech-Style Amber Lager 6.2^%

16.5°P Czech-Style Special Amber lager brewed in collaboration with our friends at Lakefront Brewery. Floor malted pilsner and dark malts underwent a decoction mash for added malt depth and complexity. Hopped exclusively with Czech Sladek hops for floral/spicy notes with a hint of citrus. Fermented low and slow with our house Czech lager yeast. The result is a rich bready 6.2% ABV amber lager with ample spicy bitterness to balance.
