Scotch Ale brewed with Golden Promise Pale Ale, Double Roasted Crystal & Dark Chocolate malts for ample bready and subtle roasty overtones. Slovenian Goldings hops add a fruity/earthy balancing bitterness. Fermenting with English Ale yeast on medium toast American white oak gives some fruity esters that accent a slight tannic and vinous character with hints of vanilla.

Brewed specially for St. Paddy’s day, this Dry Stout is our take on the classic Stouts of Ireland. Maris Otter Barley, Flaked Wheat and Barley & English Roasted Barley create a dry sharp roasty base. American Brewer’s Gold hops add undertones of black currant and tea. Serving on Nitro helps soften the sharper roast and hop notes. At 4.5% ABV this is a certified crusher. Happy St. Paddy’s Day!

Cold fermentation and an extended cold maturation ensure a smooth, clean and crisp profile. This is a complex yet nuanced old world Amber lager.
