Our Annual Collaboration with the Pink Boots Society. The base beer is a White IPA brewed with Pilsner Malt and Flaked Wheat for a pale base with a soft mouthfeel. Coriander, Orange Peel and Chamomile are used in the boil to capture the Belgian White Ale side of this IPA. Hopped with the Pink Boots hop blend from YCH Hops which changes every year.

Cold fermentation and an extended cold maturation ensure a smooth, clean and crisp profile. This is a complex yet nuanced old world Amber lager.

Brewed specially for St. Paddy’s day, this Nitro Dry Stout is our take on the classic Nitro Stouts of Ireland. Maris Otter Barley, Flaked Wheat and Barley & English Roasted Barley create a dry sharp roasty base. American Brewer’s Gold hops add undertones of black currant and tea.
