Brewed to help raise funds for the Social Justice Center and The Williamson-Marquette Business Assosciation, this Autumn IPA utilizes 2-Row, Munich and Caramel malts for a more old school malty backbone than our typical IPA's. Hopped with Strata, Sultana and Chinook hops for a blend of pine, resinous tropical fruits and subtle herbs. $1 of every 4-pack sold gets donated.

Directionally Challenged

Hazy West Coast-Style IPA 6.6^%

Beertender Kristin Egger's crew brew. Kristin is a lover of both west coast and east coast-style IPA's, so we decided to blend the two styles. With a recipe written like a classic Hazy IPA utilizing pilsner malt, flaked oats and hefty late boil/dry hop additions of Citra, Mosaic and Motueka. Mashed at low temps to ensure a dry west coast-style finish and fermented with California Ale yeast. The result is a soft pale IPA bursting with notes of tropical fruit and citrus with a dry, clean and snappy finish.

English-style Porter brewed with Maris Otter Barley, English Crystal and Brown Malt and a kiss of American Chocolate Malt for a rich and roasty base. Hopped with UK Fuggle & Savjinski Goldings hops for a fruity and herbal hop character. This beer is chocolatey, roasty, fruity and smooth.

Classic Maerzen-style Oktoberfest Bier. Brewed with Munich and Pilsner malts and a healthy dose of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops for a beautiful balance of rich malty goodness and herbal/spicy hop balance. Fermented/conditioned cold and slow with German lager yeast to keep things crisp and refreshing. Prost!!

European Vacay

Munich Dunkel 5.0^%

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover: this dark lager is deceptively smooth and drinkable. Full of malty bready notes with only the slightest hint of roast. German Munich and Melanoidin malts provide the rich malty base. Dark malt extract darkens the color but leaves the beer smooth and quaffable. Hersbrucker hops bring it all together with that classic noble hop spice.
