Assertively kettle hopped with Chinook, Saaz and Centennial hops before being dry-hopped with Cascade, Comet and more Chinook and Centennial. The result is an assertively bitter and super crisp IPA brimming with notes of Pine, Citrus and Earthy/Woody notes.

14° Czech-Style Pale Lager 5.2^%

Our 7th Anniversary Lager is a 14°P Czech-Style Pale Lager. Brewed exclusively with Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt and Czech Sladek hops. Decoction mashed for added malt depth and complexity. Fermented and lagered with our house Czech Lager yeast cold and slow over the course of 9 weeks to ensure maximum smoothness and drinkability. The result is a rich and malty pale lager with a spicy, herbal and slightly fruity hop character with a pleasant balancing bitterness.

Thirteenth Floor

13P Pale Lager 4.2^%

13 Plato Czech-style pale lager double decoction brewed with floor malted bohemian pilsner malt and czech saaz hops. Despite the higher original gravity, this beer also has a lower level of attenuation and thus a lower ABV than our 12P Czech-style pale lager, however, it is also hopped more aggressively. The result is a richer, fuller bodied, sweeter and hoppier lager all while maintaining that classic Czech balanace.
