Our Annual Collaboration with the Pink Boots Society. The base beer is a White IPA brewed with Pilsner Malt and Flaked Wheat and Flaked Oats for a pale base with a soft mouthfeel. Coriander, Orange Peel and Chamomile are used in the boil to capture the Belgian White Ale side of this IPA. Hopped with the Pink Boots hop blend from YCH Hops which changes every year.

Serpent’s Blood

Irish-Style Stout 4.5^%

Brewed specially for St. Paddy’s day, this Dry Stout is our take on the classic Stouts of Ireland. Maris Otter Barley, Flaked Wheat and Barley & English Roasted Barley create a dry sharp roasty base. American Brewer’s Gold hops add undertones of black currant and tea. Serving on Nitro helps soften the sharper roast and hop notes. At 4.5% ABV this is a certified crusher. Happy St. Paddy’s Day!

English-Style Extra Special Bitter brewed with English Maris Otter and Crystal malts as well as East Kent Goldings and Brewer's Gold Hops. The result is a simple & sessionable Amber Ale with notes of bread crust, hazelnut, caramel, toffee, dried herbs, and peach marmalade.
