Smoked California-Style Common 5.2%
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Badger Beer Hour. This California-style Common was brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Caramunich and Beechwood Smoked Malt. Hopped with a heftly amount of German Herbrucker hops before being fermented with Lager yeast at Ale temperatures. The result is a rich, mildly smoky amber beer with a spicy herbal bitterness and touch of fruity ester from the warmer fermentation
